Open Sauce San Francisco (July 2023)We were fortunate to table at the first ever Open Sauce event out in San Francisco this July! We exhibited all the projects we've worked on in the last year, as well as our e-HPVC. Over 4,000 attendees stopped by our table to inquire about our projects, see a Creality CR-30 for the first time, and try to get a high score on our arcade cabinet!
We also got to sit in-between Arc Attack's two tesla coils, meet some of the creators who inspired our projects, and meet other fellow makers! Be sure to check out our awesome fellow exhibitors in the exhibits category of the Open Sauce website! If you're interested in seeing the projects we displayed be sure to check out our projects category! |

Recumbent Bike Exhibition Day
For the first time since the pandemic, we got out on the track against CSUN, USC, and our university's Senior Design Team to put our project to the test!
We were able to stress test our vehicle, tackling various obstacles such as a rumble strip, slalom turns, parcel pickups, and other various challenges. It was really fun to get out there and simulate a competition environment for the first time as a group. We learned a lot about our vehicle, what modifications we need to make, and how to better tackle the competition in the future. Thank you to all the organizers that helped put this event together and get us running for the first time! |

ASME Santa Clara Valley x Autodesk
The Santa Clara Valley Regional Section of ASME was proud to present both a dinner and speaker presentations in collaboration with Autodesk for the Saturday portion of the event. We were able to see what some of the student clubs in the region are working on, what innovative challenges modern engineers face, and some of the exciting projects being developed in the Bay Area.
Several of the e-HPVC teams across California came out and presented more about their project while also displaying their vehicle. For many teams this was their first time meeting other teams since the pandemic so there was plenty of advice and knowledge shared between teams! Huge thanks to ASME SCVS and Autodesk for the help with the dinner! |

Spartan Showcase (April 2023)We were fortunate enough to be invited to attend this year's Spartan Showcase hosted by Associated Students at SJSU!
We featured our main project, this year's e-HPVC, which Associated Students was our largest sponsor for! Through Associated Students' contributions, we were able to re-establish our club and get materials to ensure the longevity of our club! Thanks again to Associated Students for your continued support! |

SJSU CoE Showcase (April 2023)For the second year in a row we were invited to exhibit at the annual SJSU College of Engineering Showcase event. Are team was able to speak with alumni involved in industry and contributors to the College of Engineering on how our club has been thriving this year!
We weren't able to have our main vehicle ready in time for this event, but we're excited to be able to showcase it next year to attendees! We'd also like to recognize the College of Engineering for supplying two grants this year to our club that allowed for us to put together our Recumbent Bike Exhibition Day, which allowed us to race our vehicle against other teams across the state of California! |
